Terms / End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase of a valid license, Render Ready grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to install and use the software on up to two (2) personal computers you own or control, for commercial or non-commercial renders and deliverables.

2. License Types

• Lifetime: one-time purchase with updates in current major series (v2.x).
• Annual: valid for 12 months from activation date.

3. Restrictions

• No copying, redistribution, resale, sublicense, or transfer of software or key.
• No public key sharing.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembly, or source derivation attempts.
• No removal or alteration of proprietary notices.
• No use to create competing products.
• No usage on more than two machines without additional seats.

4. Intellectual Property

Software and copies remain proprietary to Render Ready. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. For technical issues, contact renderready.addon@gmail.com.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided “AS IS” without express or implied warranties, including uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Render Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the software.

8. Termination

Rights terminate automatically upon breach of terms; use must cease and copies must be destroyed.

9. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India, with disputes resolved in Maharashtra, India courts.
