Privacy Policy
This policy describes operational data used by Render Ready licensing and delivery services.
Data We Process
- Customer email from checkout/webhooks (license issuance and support).
- License keys and activation state.
- Machine fingerprint values/hashes for machine-bound licensing.
- Webhook/admin operational logs (including IP metadata and request diagnostics).
- Transactional email delivery status for license emails.
Why We Process It
- Issue and validate licenses.
- Enforce seat limits and abuse prevention controls.
- Deliver purchase emails and troubleshoot delivery failures.
- Detect fraud, invalid webhooks, and operational incidents.
Service Providers
- Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, edge delivery).
- Gumroad (checkout and webhook source).
- Resend (transactional email sending).
Retention
Operational records are retained for licensing continuity, fraud prevention, and support handling for as long as reasonably required by service operation and legal obligations.
