Support Channel
Support is provided by email: renderready.addon@gmail.com. Typical response target is 24-48 business hours.
Scope
- Installation, activation, update, and compatibility troubleshooting.
- Issue triage for reported product defects.
- No guarantee of support for unsupported OS/hardware or third-party conflicts outside reasonable control.
Product Lifecycle / EOL
If Render Ready is ever sunset, notice will be communicated through available channels. Any final handling of updates/licensing behavior will follow the governing license and published policies at that time.
Policy Changes
Policies may be updated as the product evolves. The latest version on this site is the public reference.
